The platform specialized in luxury non-fungible tokens (NFTs) Exclusible is about to close the pre-sale of its masterpiece: penthouses. Real luxury flats with unique and varied possibilities, these mark a significant step towards Web 3.0 and the metaverse.
Exclusive penthouses pre-sale closing soon
The Exclusible platform, which specialises in non-fungible token collections (NFTs) that blend traditional and digital luxury, will soon close the pre-sale of its penthouses, luxurious flats that have a foothold in the Spatial.io metaverse.
At the time of writing, more than 25,000 people have already booked a penthouse, but it will only be possible to benefit from a preferential rate of 0.4 ETH per NFT (i.e. a 33% discount) until Sunday 12 June.
So far, Exclusible has had one success after another, with its first collection of NFTs selling out in 48 hours for a total of $2.6 million. Since then, it has been building up a series of major partnerships, from Bugatti to Christofle, via Hogan and the watchmaker Frederique Constant.

The centrepiece of the Exclusible platform, one of these NFTs provides access to a 500m² virtual luxury home, the value of which goes far beyond simply owning a property, as explained in the release:

To take advantage of this exclusive offer, it will be necessary to go to the page dedicated to Penthouses on the Exclusible website, connect your wallet to register (allow 0.4 ETH), and thus be able to benefit from 33% discount on the sale.
As for the public mint launch, it will take place on June 18th, and the NFTs will be distributed to the wallets registered during the pre-sale.
Tour of the penthouses
These luxury flats are much more than just NFTs, they promise to be a unique interactive experience. A true social tool, it is possible to invite up to 50 people to your penthouse, whether as a professional tool for holding new kinds of meetings or for having a good time with friends.
