With comprehensive, well-balanced courses, they welcome ambitious, curious minds eager to deepen their knowledge, all within a dynamic community. Whatever your professional status, the Blockchain Business School offers courses to suit every profile.

The Blockchain Business School, the school for future Web3 players

Founded by Fabien Ansaldi, the Blockchain Business School is a French school that aims to become Europe’s leading Web3 incubator by enabling its students to master the challenges of Web3 and blockchain through a unique course, alongside the biggest players in this ecosystem.

The Blockchain Business School, based in Levallois-Perret, is aimed at ambitious, inquisitive minds who want to deepen their knowledge of blockchain and Web3 through comprehensive, well-balanced courses. Here, you won’t be restricted by anyone else’s goals or vision. You’ll have the opportunity to work on real-life projects while benefiting from enriching training that encourages learning.

The school is the product of PyratzLabs, a Web3 start-up incubator and accelerator that has been involved in the development of the Kiln staking protocol, NFT Factory, Bubblemaps, Smartlink and Dogami. As the incubator is itself at the heart of the blockchain ecosystem, its founders quickly realised that the sector had a growing need for passionate, skilled people. This is precisely what the Blockchain Business School aims to address.

At the Blockchain Business School, the training courses are based around 3 verticals: a 360-degree course on Web3, “The Original”, a course on NFTs, and finally a “Discovering Web3” course enabling you to apply the model of this innovation within your company. Each training module is designed differently, both in terms of the duration of the course itself and the way it is delivered (face-to-face, videoconferencing, hybrid).

Thanks to the flexibility of the training modules, they are just as suitable for current employees or those changing careers as they are for jobseekers, entrepreneurs and even students.

In addition to these 3 courses, Blockchain Business School is the first school in France to offer 2 work-linked courses in blockchain: a 3rd year work-linked bachelor’s degree in blockchain development (level 6) and a 2-year work-linked master’s degree in blockchain project management (level 7).

The 3 courses offered by the Blockchain Business School

Let’s take a look at the courses offered by the Blockchain Business School, and why they are proving to be a real asset when it comes to making a career move into the Web3 world.

You should know that you can claim certain grants to finance each of them, and that they all lead to certification. At the same time, each student who successfully completes the course will be awarded an exclusive NFT, symbolising the success of their studies at Blockchain Business School.

“The Original” training course to master Web3

This course is divided into 2 categories, the choice of which will depend on each learner: a “Blockchain Tech Lead” focus and a “Product Manager” focus. Each of these modules is built around a common core structured around the essential basics of Web3, followed by a specialisation that is unique to each student and of course more suited to their professional ambitions.

In addition to the technical and technological aspects of blockchain, the common training base also includes project management and the basics of entrepreneurship. Then, if students opt for the ‘Tech Lead’ option, the second part of their training will focus more on the technical aspects of blockchain (front-end development, blockchain architecture, introduction to UX, basics of UI, etc.).

The ‘Product Manager’ option is aimed more at students wishing to structure, develop and implement a project. This includes the legal side of things, product design, DeFi and tokenomics, as well as entrepreneurial communication and accounting for start-ups.

At the end of these 12-week courses, learners will be able to adapt blockchain to their professional lives and manage a project based around Web3. For The Original course, the Blockchain Business School is limiting its places to 50 people in order to ensure high-quality training.

With 8 hours of study per week, learners will be able to complete this course alongside their usual activity. As such, it is offered as a distance learning course with the option of attending face-to-face classes, as well as providing access to a co-working space at PyratzLabs.

  • Total duration of the course: 3 months ;
  • Training hours: 8 hours per week (96 hours in total);
  • Format: hybrid ;
  • Course fee: €3,999.

“Create NFTs” training course

The course offered by Blockchain Business School focuses on the vertical of NFTs and requires no pre-requisites for those wishing to take part.

As with the other courses, the student’s ability to demonstrate ambition, motivation and team spirit will be crucial to fully develop their skills and knowledge.

As with ‘The Original’ course, this module is offered as a hybrid, and can therefore be completed entirely remotely. At 3 hours a week over 2 months, the NFT course is highly flexible and can be adapted to suit any schedule.

Focusing on NFTs, the course offers students an overview of the different types of blockchain and the tokens that make them up (ERC concepts), alongside the essential technology of smart contracts. The course will also cover the basics of this sector, including preconceived ideas about it and how to demystify them, in addition to the concept of fungibility and the major events that have marked the history of NFTs.

Which NFT collections dominate the market and how did they get there? How can the NFT market be broken down and analysed in a meaningful way? Why and how should we invest in NFTs? How can NFTs be marketed, and why are companies using this type of token for their business? All the questions you need to understand this ecosystem will be covered in this course offered by the Blockchain Business School.

  • Total duration of the course: 2 months;
  • Training hours: 4 hours per week (24 hours in total);
  • Format: hybrid ;
  • Course fee: €2,399.

“Discovering Web3” training course

Finally, the “Discovering Web3” course is the shortest, providing an understanding of what will define the future of the Internet as we know it, in just one day. With no pre-requisites, students accessing this course will discover a programme enabling them to quickly understand what makes up Web3 and why it will redefine the codes of our relationship with the digital world.

Numerous verticals will be covered, from the technological aspect (smart contracts, PoW/PoS consensus, NFT and tokens, etc.) of blockchain to the utilitarian aspect of cryptocurrencies and the regulatory vision of this market, particularly with the forthcoming arrival of the MiCA regulation for the European Union. But above all, this course aims to provide a clear understanding of how to integrate all these technologies into a business and why this is beneficial today.

The course comprises the following 5 chapters: Web3 and blockchain, NFT, Metaverses, setting up a project and finally use cases within a business.

After taking a 360-degree tour of this ecosystem, learners will be able to use and benefit from Web3 within their company or in their future career.

  • Total duration of the course: 7 hours ;
  • Training times: 7 hours on one day;
  • Format: face-to-face or videoconference;
  • Training cost: €499.

Our opinion of the Blockchain Business School

As you can see, the Blockchain Business School clearly aims to position itself as the leader in Web3 and blockchain training. In the light of current events, it is undeniable that France is poised to become one of the main hubs of this innovative ecosystem, thanks in particular to its clear regulatory framework.

Despite this, the reports are clear: every year, job vacancies in the Web3 sector grow at an impressive rate, even more than the technology sector, which is already well underway. A study by PwC, for example, predicted that there will be more than 40 million jobs in the blockchain sector by 2030.

That’s why it’s vital that players like the Blockchain Business School are able to nurture the talent of tomorrow, especially within France itself.

Its main courses, of which there are currently 3, already enable everyone to master the crucial elements of the Web3 and therefore of tomorrow’s world. That’s why students on these courses will naturally become sought-after professionals thanks to their skills.

With a view to diversifying its range of courses, the Blockchain Business School will be offering a new course focusing on decentralised finance in September. Completely online and offered in a 90-hour format over a period of 3 months, this course will provide the fundamentals required for anyone wishing to understand how DeFi works, whether in the context of a business project, a career change, or an investment strategy.

Backed by a team of talented people with a proven track record, the courses offered by the Blockchain Business School are enhanced by contributions from major players in the sector, including the COO of 1inch, the CEO of Bubblemaps, the COO of Exaion (EDF Group) and members of companies such as Ledger, Ubisoft, Coinhouse, Angle, The Sandbox and many others. The school itself is sponsored by Sébastien Borget, co-founder of The Sandbox.

The Blockchain Business School is the first French school to offer 2 sandwich courses in the field of blockchain, giving access to a wide range of leading positions such as blockchain developer, blockchain project manager, blockchain consultant, blockchain engineer and IT innovation manager.
