Bitget unveils “Crypto Experience Day “

Cryptocurrency exchange platform Bitget has just lifted the veil on “Crypto Experience Day”, an innovative experience aimed at democratising cryptocurrencies all around the world.

The event will take place on 12 August, International Youth Day. For its first edition, Crypto Experience Day will take place in Japan, Argentina, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, Canada and India.

Primarily aimed at Generation Y, Crypto Experience Day is directly in line with the Blockchain4Youth project launched by Bitget last May. This initiative aims to democratise the world of cryptos among a young audience by both providing them with practical knowledge about blockchain and raising their awareness of the industry’s professional opportunities:.

“Bitget believes it plays a vital role in promoting the adoption of cryptocurrencies, and therefore aims to encourage and inspire what will form the backbone of tomorrow’s world by enabling young people to engage with the vast world of cryptocurrencies. “

Through this programme, which conveys strong values and is important for attracting new talent to the cryptocurrency sector, Bitget wishes to focus on education and openness to technologies relating to the latter, in particular by delivering knowledge about blockchain and the concept of decentralisation to participants.

Playful days to develop blockchain

For this inaugural Crypto Experience Day, the day of 12 August will be run in a similar way on all continents. Participants will be able to attend a keynote speech and presentations, as well as take part in quizzes and practical exercises.

These exercises will include teaching Crypto Experience Day participants how to create a wallet on the blockchain, but also how to use it by carrying out transactions or helping to design a non-fungible token (NFT).

Furthermore, in order to show these young audiences what the working environment of a company operating in the cryptocurrency ecosystem might look like, Bitget will be giving various presentations to explain its internal procedures and those relating to Bitget Wallet.

It’s no coincidence that Bitget has decided to turn its attention to Generation Y. Through one of its studies conducted in 26 countries, the platform found that millennials are the dominant group in terms of cryptocurrency adoption, with over 46% of respondents indicating that they hold cryptos in this sample.

This is mainly because this generation is more familiar with digital technologies, but also because they see cryptocurrencies as an interesting investment tool.

This new initiative, which is salutary for the adoption of cryptocurrencies, is part of the rebranding of Bitget, which recently changed its logo to suit its new maxim “Trade Smarter”, which echoes the various tools offered by Bitget for cryptocurrency investors of all levels, including those dedicated to copy trading.
