The Web3 industry has grown at an exceptional rate. The number of job openings in this sector increased by 395% in 2021 according to LinkedIn data and experts estimate that it will reach 40 million by 2030.
However, the acceleration of Web3 development is so great that companies are struggling to find properly trained engineers, developers or managers to meet the challenges they face and make a successful transition into this new industry.
Faced with this situation, the startup Pyratz Labs has decided to launch Blockchain Business School (BBS), a French school whose aim is to support tomorrow’s talents in training for blockchain professions.

Located in the Ile-de-France region, in 1000 m2 premises in Levallois-Perret, the training centre will officially open its doors in March 2023.
Training in Web3 at the Blockchain Business School (BBS)
The Blockchain Business School offers two training courses of 3 months each. The first is called Tech lead blockchain and concerns future developers while the second is called Product Manager blockchain and concerns project management and entrepreneurship.
The training is provided remotely but is based on a common thread of several masterclasses at the Levallois-Perret premises. In addition, it is accompanied by a two-month professional immersion, facilitated by the many partners of the BBS network.
Students will be accompanied in finding their future employers and will have the possibility of being fully reimbursed if they are not hired within a year of their training.
The Blockchain Business School is open to all profiles, from current employees or those undergoing professional retraining, to job seekers and students. Everyone will be able to find their way, whether it is to get a job in a company or to launch an entrepreneurial project.
