The fork of the Terra blockchain is officially complete. Block production started this morning at 7am, and the issuance of new LUNA tokens is already in place. It is already possible to view the number of tokens in your possession from the Terra Station wallet if you were eligible for airdrop.
Terra 2.0 is officially live
The first block of Terra’s new blockchain was officially produced this morning at 7:00am (UK time). The mainnet of the blockchain is now called “Phoenix-1”
1/ Block 1 of the brand new Terra blockchain (with a chain_id of “Phoenix-1”) has officially been produced at 06:00 AM UTC on May 28th, 2022!

As stated in Terra’s press release, decentralised applications (dApps) that have chosen to go the fork route will have to “reboot” on this new network. We therefore advise you to follow the announcements made on their social networks (Twitter, Telegram) to this effect.
On a similar model to the previous one, it is also already possible to delegate your LUNAs to the network’s validators in order to be rewarded for it. Note that your staking rewards will be recoverable at any time
What about the new tokens
As announced by Do Kwon via Twitter, it is already possible to view the LUNA in your possession from the Terra Station wallet. To do so, simply log in and refresh the page.
If you don’t see them, make sure you are connected to the “Mainnet” from the wallet. To do this, go to the application options and select “Mainnet” in the “Network” line.
To return to the “Classic” network (especially if you have UST or aUST), simply select the latter instead.
It seems that for a number of users, the new tokens are only visible from their computer wallet. So if you don’t see them from your mobile wallet, please check on your PC.
According to Do Kwon, the Terra Finder block explorer is operational for the new network. So it should already be possible to view your transactions or wallet status there if necessary.
Note that as indicated in Do Kwon’s fork proposal, the majority of new tokens are locked for a variable period of time, notably to avoid massive resale. It is therefore normal that the number of LUNA tokens appearing in your wallet may seem low.
