PRCL skyrockets 75% after Parcl joins Polymarket

by Christian

As Parcl rolled out its real estate prediction markets on Polymarket, its PRCL token soared. Will this partnership be enough to sustain the rise?

Parcl joins Polymarket and its token soars

Parcl, a platform that allows users to invest in fractional real estate shares and bet on the sector’s rise or fall, has launched its prediction bets on Polymarket.

The announcement was made official on Monday and allows users to bet on the median real estate price in certain geographic areas in the United States. Currently, six different prediction markets are available:

Alongside this announcement, the price of the PRCL token has skyrocketed and is now trading at $0.03614 per unit, up 73.5% over the last 24 hours. Nevertheless, this performance must be put into context, namely the fact that the token is only capitalized at $16.71 million and that its price has fallen 95% from its all-time high (ATH) of nearly $0.74 on April 22, 2024.

In fact, PRCL was at its lowest point before the announcement, and this surge has just allowed it to return to its early fall levels:

In terms of total value locked, the Parcl ecosystem is not doing any better, currently posting $5.2 million in TVL, a drop of more than 97% since the TVL ATH of $185.59 million in April 2024.

Despite the particularly attractive promises of fractional real estate, it must be said that the sector has not yet been able to take advantage of the tokenization boom observed in particular in 2025. In fact, it seems that we have seen the opposite effect, as evidenced, for example, by RealT’s legal troubles in Detroit.

On the other hand, predictive markets have experienced a real boom. As this is Parcl’s second core business, we will see in the future whether this new integration with Polymarket will revive the machine, or whether the rise we are seeing today will turn out to be a mere flash in the pan.
